I have moved Vantec to Pacific Commons before the shopping center was planned. Vantec building is the Blue/white building behind Fremont Costco.
I engaged Catellus in 2004 & signed a contract with them to purchase part of the retail center. Currently the buildings are 90% completed. I registared both URL for this center.

Yes. Kaenyama is open now. You can check it out yourself. I like their sushi plates.
