Warm Springs Biz Association New Year Party

Today I attended WSBA Chinese New Year celebration at Pan Pacific Bank. I brought Hyoung & she was so excited. Mingli was there doing the paper craft. People were getting in line to get the paper craft from her.

There were only lion dance & some of us prepared red envelops. I gave the red envelop to the baby lion. He is so cute.......

Today we turned over all keys to tenants. The leases are offically started. Mr. Tang came to the office & stated that they prefered to have the grease tank at the right side of the building instead of in the front.

I have moved Vantec to Pacific Commons before the shopping center was planned. Vantec building is the Blue/white building behind Fremont Costco.

I engaged Catellus in 2004 & signed a contract with them to purchase part of the retail center. Currently the buildings are 90% completed. I registared both URL for this center.
