Today we turned over all keys to tenants. The leases are offically started. Mr. Tang came to the office & stated that they prefered to have the grease tank at the right side of the building instead of in the front.

I have moved Vantec to Pacific Commons before the shopping center was planned. Vantec building is the Blue/white building behind Fremont Costco.

I engaged Catellus in 2004 & signed a contract with them to purchase part of the retail center. Currently the buildings are 90% completed. I registared both URL for this center.
